Hands down, the best dentist experience I've had. Pinetree got me in for an emergency extraction on a Saturday! I had been in so much pain. Starting with the most welcoming lady at the front desk, Sara made me feel comfortable and at ease. Asking about pain and genuinely caring about my answer. I had previously been to another dental office 3 days prior that had to refer me out to an oral surgeon. That was going to be very expensive with me being self pay. And not to mention, more days of pain in between appointments.I was referred to Pinetree by my sister. I wish I would have asked her sooner. The level of customer service goes unmatched. The entire staff is amazing. Dr. Roo made me feel so comfortable, I didn't feel a thing. The healing process of 2 wisdom teeth extractions has been a breeze! Another plus about Pinetree, they are affordable! Great location, beautiful office and again, hands down the best dentist in town. I will refer them over and over again. Thank you Dr. Roo and staff for an amazing experience.

I broke my wisdom tooth on Christmas morning. I frantically called every dentist I could find. Nobody answered until I called Dr. Roo. He took time away from his family and drove nearly two hours to come back to the office so he could see me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and took the time to explain what he was going to do and what I should expect. Once it was time to remove my tooth, he removed it in less than two minutes completely pain free. He made sure to send me with everything I might need (Every pharmacy was closed) He recommended other services but was not pushy. What a great experience!!! Also his staff was excellent. Both their names are Sarah. What a wonderful team. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I’ll definitely be coming back for all my dental needs.

We were on the hunt for a dental office to care for us when we found Pinetree Dental. My wife first went for a chipped tooth and came home raving about how nice everyone was. She had to go back in to fix the tooth and I went with her. I really appreciated how well they took care of her! They asked how she was doing multiple times and made sure she was comfortable. She’s had bad experiences before and the Doctor took the time to listen to her, and helped walk her through his plan, making her feel more at ease. By far the best Dental experience we’ve ever had!

I needed a new dentist and took a chance being one of their first patients on their first day open because it was a Saturday and the reviews of the dentist were good.  I am so happy I did! Everyone that worked there was so nice.  The dr was attentive, gentle and did a great job explaining everything.  I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my health.  They did not try to sell me on some big treatment plan I did not need and the pricing for what I went in for was very reasonable.  I cannot say enough about the overall positive experience I had.  I am so happy to have a new dentist that I am not nervous to have an appointment with.

My experience was absolutely wonderful with Dr. Roo! I was in severe pain going in & I came out pain free.  He is always going into depth about everything from the procedure to what the pain should/shouldn’t be like afterwards. The staff were always so sweet & attentive. If you’re thinking about it then do it ! I will never go back to my old dentist. He is definitely worth it❤️

I usually avoid the dentist but after my recent pregnancy taking a toll on my teeth I needed help. I loved the new patient deal they had for $99. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Roo was very nice. Dr. Roo took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and they even had an amazing payment plan! I will be recommending them to everyone.

I had a great experience at Pinetree Dental and I’m so glad I found this place! Everyone in the staff is kind and makes you feel welcome. Dr. Roo is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. I have had two appointments in the past week and have already scheduled another for my next wisdom tooth extraction. I also liked that they explain all the charges up front after insurance coverage, so you’re not blindsided. Overall, great place and they’ll definitely be our family dentists for the foreseeable future!

From the moment I walked into the office, I immediately felt welcome through the warmth of the front staff all the way to the end of my procedure. The staff had the utmost professionalism whilst getting me prepped and checked in by maintaining both efficiency and friendliness!I generally have high anxiety when it comes to dentist visits, but Dr. Roo was able to address all the concerns I had and we were able to complete my procedure quickly and painlessly.

He was one of the most gentle dentists I’ve experienced and would recommend Pinetree Dental to all my family and loved ones! Thank you everybody at Pinetree!
